At Plant Where You Can't, we ship orders within New Zealand from our warehouse in Strandon, New Plymouth.

We strive to dispatch orders within 2 working days. While we aim for delivery within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday), this timeframe is not guaranteed as we take no responsibility for third party shipping timeframes and interruptions.

Courier rates are calculated at checkout, and rural deliveries will incur extra costs. Courier rates are calculated based on what you order and where you live.

Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products.

For damage claims, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. For lost items, notify us within 12 days of dispatch. For returns, refer to our Repairs, Returns & Refunds Policy.
